Hi, I’m Kathy Ava!
I’m a part-time Virtual Assistant.
I have over 20 years of administrative experience. The term “Kathy’s on it” is a badge of honor I wear proudly because I get things done.
You focus on the heart of your blogging and creative business and I’ll assist you with those tedious tasks that sometimes take up your entire day.

I’ve worked for a corporate media company with multiple bosses and a variety of administrative assistant duties. I’m also a blogger that loves to travel and eat.
While “Production Manager” is my official title at my full-time job, the hat of the day depends on the goals of the day. I will manage and take care of tasks that may fall within the descriptions of an office manager, a production coordinator, a travel agent, a personal assistant, and sometimes I’ve even been in charge of wardrobe.
I’m a creative and a blogger. An introvert. A latte and dessert lover. Most importantly, I’m a part-time virtual assistant here to help you.

Why Did I Choose to be a Virtual Assistant?
This idea sprung to life when I was furloughed during the pandemic and thought, why not do this full-time? And then, a couple of months later I was hired back by my employer. I happily returned to my full-time position because it is a job I do enjoy with a team that I love.
In the meantime, I can still work as a virtual assistant during my free time and help other bloggers reach their goals. Why not use the skills and knowledge I have obtained these past few years blogging to help others?
Supporting others to accomplish their goals comes naturally to me. And, there’s nothing wrong with making a little extra cash on the side.
